Under PG courses, DDE provides Masters of Commerce (M.Com) and Masters of Arts (M.A.) in various specializations. The candidates should have completed either B.A. or B.Com or any other equivalent Bachelor’s degree from Jammu University or any recognized University. They should have obtained a minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Pursuant to the recent UGC-DEB guidelines, pertaining to admission calendar for the Session 2023- 24, it is notified for the information of all concerned candidates, who have passed / appeared / appearing in UG Semester VI examinations that the admission in P.G 1st Semester (Non- CBCS) in the Subjects Commerce (M.Com.) Dogri, Economics, English, Hindi, Political Science, Sociology, Urdu, Punjabi, PGDBM & Gyani, being offered by the Directorate of Distance and Online Education, University of Jammu, shall be opened as per the following schedule.

- Eligibility Fee @400/-, Registration Fee @970/-, Revival Fee@1520/- wherever applicable,
shall also be paid by the candidates who have qualified from Universities/ Institutes other
than University of Jammu.
- The hard copy of the online admission form must be submitted BY HAND in the concerned Offices of
Directorate of Distance and Online Education, University of Jammu, along with all relevant documents
i.e. Original Fee Receipt, Migration/ Transfer Certificates/ Provisional Certificate/ NOC / Affidavit/
undertaking, as applicable.
Note:-
- 1. Filling up of online application merely shall not entitled the candidate for admission.
- 2. All admissions shall be provisional. Further, candidates who have appeared/ appearing in UG
Semester-VI examination shall have to produce their overall Marks Card, including marks
obtained in Semester VI by the stipulated time / date fixed by the Directorate. The responsibility
of submission of overall marks card shall solely lie with the candidate in this regard.
- 3. Submission of duly signed hard copy of the admission form is mandatory.
- 4. The responsibility of non-submission of hard copy shall solely be with the candidate.
- 5. The last date for submission of Hard Copy is 31.08.2023.
6. No request for submission of hard copy shall be entertained after the deadline.
